Home Rental Connections is the parent company of Paris Rental Connections and we specialise in vacation rentals for visitors to Paris, but also to London and Morocco. Our homes are all individually owned and lived in by the owners themselves part of the year, so they all have a their own personalities.
If you are coming to Paris for business or on vacation and would like to live like a true Parisian and want to find a comfortable home away from home, then we can help.
How it Came About
The idea of the rental site evolved from renting out my own apartment in Paris for a little under a year, while living in London.
I was asked a few times if I would manage other people's apartments as well, since I speak fluent French I thought that I should try it.
The company was set up in December 2003.
I've been helped along by a truly great friend and other property owner who is also in the management business, Gail Boisclair from Perfectly Paris. She in turn introduced me to her friend, Isabelle Raux before I knew it, Isabelle had convinced me to set up the business and sent me a preview of the website she had imagined and made real? it was beautiful ? Since then we have added several properties and the website has grown with the help of Archetype a great web design company.
So here we are today, 7 years later I'm happy to say that we are able to offer more properties to our clients and generating more business for our property owners!
We are two in the London office: me, the director: Michele Vannoni and Louise Falvo, our Bookings and Reservation coordinator.
In Paris you will be met by either our Paris agent extraordinair: Shelley Bancroft or by our new and talented greeter: Gregory Ohannessian.
Our apartments are cleaned by a great and efficient cleaning and maintenance company called Paris Suite Service, run by Karim Boukari (ex Mariott group).
