Superb 80 sq metre (860 sq ft) apartment between Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe.
Close to restaurants and food markets the property is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 or two couples.
The apartment is on the second floor of a period property with elevator. There is a large entrance hallway with all bedrooms and living room leading off it. The living room is two rooms combined to create one large living area with two fireplaces and three French windows with balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and all other mod cons family sized fridge, full oven and microwave the washing machine is in the large bathroom.
A dining area off the kitchen has seating for 6. The apartment has been totally refurbished by an architect and everything is new.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and an extra mattress is available to use for a 3rd child.(see extra charge).
Both bedrooms have tall French windows and their own closets. There is also another walk-in closet off the hallway.
The view is overlooking a little villa with gardens and the street is very quiet with hardly any cars.
The bathroom has a window, two sinks and bath with shower, bidet and WC.

Location
In the newly trendy Batignolles area close to Montmartre to the East, the Champs Elysees to the west and the Shopping area of the Grands Boulevards to the south it is both traditional and up and coming.
From here you can reach the Arc de Triomphe at the top of the Champs Elysees in 5mns, walk to the Parc Monceau in 10 mns or reach Montmartre in less than 5mns by metro.
To get to the Grands Magasins like Galleries Lafayette and Printemps catch the 66 bus almost outside the house and it will take about 7 minutes! Stay on the bus for an extra stop and you reach Opera. If you walk 10 mns from the apartment you can catch the No 80 bus which takes you to the Eiffel Tower.
