Description
All 3 double bedrooms and sitting room in Riad 1 are located around a courtyard and so it is ideal for a family of up to 6 people – it has the advantage of having a sitting area with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The sitting room is a standalone room within the courtyard area.

Here is a description of the bedrooms contained within Riad 1 – all separate and reached via the inner courtyard:

Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a king size bed (180cm) and double-sink bathroom with bath and shower.
The bed can be converted into 2 singles.

Bedroom 2 is a smaller double bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 is a medium size double bedroom with queen size bed (160cm). It is located at the top of the stairs in the courtyard and has the advantage of having its own terrace with a great view of the surroundings.
The en-suite bathroom has a double sink and walk-in shower.

When you book Riad 1 you have your own private space but benefit from the use of all the amenities on site. Swimming pool, large dining and living room with bar (alcoholic beverages are paid for separately). All meals are included and can be taken in the various locations outside or inside. Free use of Hammam and massage room (when you book a massage you pay the masseur separately)
Pick up and return to airport is included.
The rooms are cleaned every day and new towels laid out.

Location
Located in Taroudant, South Morocco (near Agadir). Close to the Atlas Mountains.
Taroudant is a majestic, brown-walled city situated between Agadir and Ouarzazate to the south of Essaouira. It is sometimes called the Grandmother of Marrakech as it seems to be a smaller, slower-paced version of Marrakech.

The city is one of the most elegant in the country with beautiful buildings and the stunning craftsmanship that adorns the city facades. Taroudant is noted for its crafts. The Souks of Taroudant are one of the best known in the region.

Close to the Atlas Mountains the region is known for it's trekking and other outdoor activities like donkey riding through the mountains, and hunting during the hunting season for fowl and wild boar.
