Riad 3 is composed of 4 bedrooms: 1 Suite with terrace overlooking the Oued river, 2 large bedrooms with private walled gardens and 1 bedroom on the upper level with access to top terraces.

All bedrooms or the suite can be rented as separate units in the Villa Talaa complex or as a whole riad..


The four bedrooms are located around their own courtyard yet are independent and so are ideal for two separate couples or a family of up to 8 - all the beds can be converted into singles..





Room #97: This bedroom has a King size bed and is located at the top of the stairs reached from the courtyard and therefore has the use of the upper terraces with great views of the area of Taroudant and the Atlas Mountains and over the Villa.
It has it's own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower..

The view from this bedroom is over the Oued River..





Bedroom #98
A large bedroom with a king size bed(180cm) with a lovely private garden.
The en-suite bathroom has twin sinks, bath and walk-in shower..



Bedroom #99
A large bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm) the sitting area has traditional leather low stools a pretty incrusted coffee table and decorative fireplace.
Just outside you can enjoy the sun in your own walled garden..

When you book the individual rooms or the whole of Riad 3 you have your own private space but benefit from the use of all the amenities on site..

Swimming pool, large dining and living room with bar (alcoholic beverages are paid for separately). All meals are included and can be taken in the various locations outside or inside..

Free use of Hammam and massage room (when you book a massage you pay the masseur separately)
Pick up and return to airport is included..



The rooms are cleaned every day and new towels laid out.

Location
Located in Taroudant, South Morocco (near Agadir). Close to the Atlas Mountains. Taroudant is a majestic, brown-walled city situated between Agadir and Ouarzazate to the south of Essaouira. It is sometimes called the Grandmother of Marrakech as it seems to be a smaller, slower-paced version of Marrakech..

The city is one of the most elegant in the country with beautiful buildings and the stunning craftsmanship that adorns the city facades. Taroudant is noted for its crafts. The Souks of Taroudant are one of the best known in the region. Close to the Atlas Mountains the region is known for it's trekking and other outdoor activities like donkey riding through the mountains, and hunting during the hunting season for fowl and wild boar.



Getting There: Easy Jet, Fly Thomas Cook, Ryanair are just some of the airlines which go to Agadir direct from the UK.
