The Eardley apartment is getting a little dated now, but is perfectly OK for a week in London, and the location is excellent.
Everything went well, from the initial meeting on. The apartment is as advertised, and everything worked. It is only minutes from Earl’s Court tube station, buses, shops, pubs and restaurants. And from Earl’s Court station you can get anywhere in and around London very easily.

Great apartment and fabulous location
The apartment was everything that was advertised. The agency’s staff, Jason, was great and helpful. The location, lose to the Earl’s Court tube stop, was convenient. Some nice shopping, like M&S food, was great. Some nice restaurants, like the local Lebanese and Italian restaurant, were great. Had a great time.
Excellent for a couple. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and near shopping and two Tube lines. We have stayed here five or six times, at least.

Cute apartment, great location!
I stayed here for 2 weeks with my teen-age daughter most of the time. It was a good space for the 2 of us. My younger twin daughters who are with their soccer team tour joined us for a few days. The place felt a little small but good enough for all of us. The apartment is at a real nice location. A lot of good restaurants and market within walking distance. The neighborhood is very lovely. We can easily walk to design museum within 10 minutes, Natural history museum is like 30 minutes walk away through nice cute Kensington neighborhood, The Earls court tube station is less than a block away and get us everywhere easily. Communication and check in process were very easy and smooth. We had no trouble at all. I only wish the owner could stock a little more toilet paper and paper towels for us since our stay was 2 week long, but it was not a real issue as the stores are very close by. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. Thank you!
A lovely apartment in a fantastic location !
We spent a week in the apartment with our daughter. It is so well located with stations at either end of the street and only one block away there are shops and quite a few restaurants - we recommend the Thai place - Siam Secret and the Blackbird pub is excellent. All the amenities in the apartment are good and it was great being able to get our washing done. The communication with the owners is excellent and their contact in London, Jason, was very helpful. The apartment is a bit of a tight fit for three people but if you are here on holidays, you don't come to spend your day in an apartment - you only need it for sleeping and showering and for this it was perfect.

Excellent location and facilities
Great location, 5 min from Tube station. a little on the small side for 4 adults (two parents, 2 kids) but was fine. We were never there anyway. We only ate breakfast in. Lots of restaurants and grocery options around the apt. Apt was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and had everything you could/would need. On site manager, Jason, was great. The kitchen light burned out, I let him know and he was there and had it replaced that day. He also waited patiently for us to initially arrive with no issues, even though we were a bit late. I wonderful stay in London by all, we will be back!

Very convenient and functional flat
I stayed at the Eardley Crescent apartment for 11 days and it met our needs perfectly. As you may already know from doing your homework, the best thing about this apartment is location, location, location. It is a 2 minute walk to Earl’s Court Underground station which for a tourist is hands-down the most convenient underground station because it services both the District line and the Piccadilly line. One stop up the line, you can change to the Circle line which alternates with the District line. Although there are plenty of groceries and restaurants near the apartment, we frequently chose to go one stop to High Street Kensington instead where there is a large Mark and Spencer’s Dept and Grocery Store, Boots, Pret, Yo Sushi, and other shops right in the underground station complex (not to mention every possible restaurant and store you could need or want on High St Kensington). You also will save money coming from Heathrow because you only need to take the Piccadilly line to Earl’s Court instead of the Heathrow express which is pricey and takes you to Paddington. The next item of importance is the check-in process and the process of dealing with ParisRentalConnections. The service is excellent and I would be very surprised if you had any problems as they are very responsive and efficient. We had a slight delay getting out of the airport and were easily able to text Jason our status. He was very personable and hospitable and gave us a truly seamless check-in and check-out process. I also appreciated that we were given two complete sets of keys which has not always been the case with other apartments I have stayed in, but this allowed our party to go our separate ways upon occasion with ease and convenience. Regarding the apartment itself, it was clean and had ample storage for our needs. We especially appreciated the washing machine and large drying rack as well as the convenience of a trash room that was quick and easy to access. The apartment is up one easy flight of steps, but if you can’t do steps, I do not believe there is an elevator. The heat, hot water, shower, and all appliances worked very well. It was chili during our visit and we were very comfortable, but this means I cannot speak to how someone would fair during warmer temperatures. As someone else mentioned, there is some noise in the bedroom due to single pain windows, but the curtains helped muffle the sound and honestly, it never kept me awake since for the most part it was very quiet by the time I went to sleep. I definitely appreciated the abundance of natural light in the apartment, so the windows are a good tradeoff for me. The other nice thing is that anything you could possibly need is in the apartment including items like small tools and scissors – items you would not typically find in a hotel – and the apartment contains very helpful information for tourists such as guide books, maps, important phone numbers and even take out menus which we did take advantage of. Regarding cooking, as another reviewer mentioned, you will not be making a gourmet meal. The pots, pans, and utensils are very basic. But we did easily make breakfast and used the oven, cooktop, and microwave for convenience-type foods with no problem. Note that it is slightly difficult to eat in the kitchen. The main dining table is in the living room overlooking a pleasant courtyard. I heartily recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Terrific, comfortable, convenient apartment.
This is an excellent, well appointed apartment. The two of us spent 10 nights there. It has lovely large windows, trees in the back, nice light and an excellent, equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable and it feels like someone’s home with nice furniture. It is quite and only has just one flight to the entry. Small pluses were that the bedroom was separate from the living room so one of us could go to bed early and the other watch tv. Also, very large bathtub. It’s location is excellent one block from the metro station that has number of lines and is a direct run from Heathrow. We have rented numerous apartments in Europe. This was the best and Paris Rentals was the best company we have dealt with. Good information, met us exactly on time. We will rent with them again.

A real disappointment
While the booking process, the orientation process with Richard, and the check-out process were all fine, our stay was not OK. You and the owners should be aware that there were several things that contributed to our overall disappointment:First, the smell of mold and mildew. The condition suggests that the entire apartment hasn't been THOROUGHLY cleaned in quite some time. It is overdue for a thorough cleaning from ceiling down to floor, with removal of old carpet and installation of new carpet. Mere shampooing of carpet wouldn't likely get rid of the mildew and stink. Additionally, we both had mild allergic reactions to the mold and mildew. Other, more sensitive renters could have worse reactions. Second, while trying to install a UK/USA plug converter on the power strip by the couch, I was electrocuted. As a result, we lost confidence in all power strips in the apartment. We unplugged all power strips. We restricted ourselves to single plug-ins for our UK/USA converter by unplugging power strips to get to wall plug outlets, an inconvenience. I suspect that the power strips -- all of which are identical -- are not "up to code", meaning they are likely cheap knock-offs. Faulty electrical arrangements are a fire hazard and could represent a lawsuit from future renters. Third, besides needing a thorough cleaning, the curtains in the living room and the bedroom are falling off their tracks. This detracts from overall appearance, and it makes an already problematic stay even worse. At bare minimum, they should be taken down and dry-cleaned, or thrown in the trash. Fourth, the bathroom sink fixtures are faulty and need to be replaced to conserve water. Moreover, the bathroom sink and bathtub drain very slowly. While I understand this is plumbing from the Victorian era, nonetheless, there is room for significant improvement. Maybe replacement of some pipes is in order.

Comfortable and conveniently located
My husband, teenage son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay stay in this flat. The layout was perfect for the three of us, especially because both the living room with sofa sleeper and the bedroom had a doors which could be closed to the central hallway, allowing us to move about to the bath and kitchen without waking up a late sleeper. The Earl's Court location is conveniently located on a fairly quiet street in this bustling neighborhood. It's a quick trip via tube or bus to historic London sights, plus has easy access to train lines out to the southwest countryside. All the beds were comfortable, plus the flat was clean and thoughtfully supplied with paper goods, coffee, and sugar. Take the time to walk through the nearby Brompton Cemetary, visit the farmers' market on Saturday morning at the neighborhood elementary school, and walk the lovely side streets and parks. The rental company communicated well and was flexible.

The perfect place to stay with your family. Is nearby the tube and offer access to the whole London.
8 nights in London
This was a perfect location for our girls trip to London. The flat is exactly as described and only a block from a tube entrance and 2 blocks from grocery stores, pubs and dining. This was a great place to explore London from, quiet at night but easy to get to all of the of interest. We were met at the flat upon arrival and had contact information to contact him if any issues arose during our stay! The booking process was clear and information provided was thorough. We received the security deposit refund within a week after departure. The whole booking was offensive from beginning to end. We would recommend this flat to everyone.
Great location for a London visit
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week on our first visit to London. The location was fantastic! The apartment is easy to get to on the Underground from Heathrow, which was a big plus, and easy to connect to all the big sites of the city. The apartment itself is as pictured on the website. It's a bit tired and smaller than we are used to in North America, but totally adequate, in a great location and at a great price. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area as well as a M&S Food store, if you want to 'eat in'. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. If we were to return to London, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.
The property was well located and close to the tube.
The apartment met all of our needs. We were happy with the amenities.

Good location. Not nosy at all. Quite and clean. Small market and drug store nearby. Near underground and any kind of food restaurant that would suit anyone. Flat: cute, practical. Provide things that we can't find in hotel that are essential.

Great apartment in a great location
My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the apartment. The location is fabulous - so easy to get anywhere in a very short amount of time. Even the Gatwick airport shuttle service has a drop off and pick up site within walking distance! My son slept on the couch and said it was very comfortable. All the folks at the management company were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Clean, safe and perfect location
We stayed in this apartment for more than a week and it was perfect for us. It is in a great location, close to the tube so everything is accessible. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, but it has a well equipped kitchen so you can also cook when you get tired of restaurant food. The property manager was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Will certainly stay here again when we go back to London.

I really enjoyed my time in London. The apartment was in an excellent location. Only two blocks from the underground and restaurants. Would stay again the next time I'm in London.
My wife and I have stayed in this apartment for two weeks every December for the past five years. It is small, but perfectly adequate for a couple. It is clean, quiet, well equipped, in a safe neighborhood with lots of convenient stores of every kind, and very close to two underground lines, District and Piccadilly, so all of London is easily reached. Highly recommended. We plan to stay there whenever we are in London and it is available.

"Great location and livable acommodation"
The location is great for accessing all of London. South Kensington is within easy walking district, and Tube connections were excellent to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc in the nearby surrounding area. The Flat was quite livable, although perhaps a little drab. The hot water did not come on one morning, and we had a response within about 15 minutes. The central heat was typical of older London buildings; serviceable but barely up to the task of keeping it warm on cold days. Overall, a very good place and a great value.

"A brilliant choice in London"
This is a great apartment. We stayed at Eardley Crescent for 9 nights. It’s quiet, comfortable, fully equipped, with ample space. The wi-fi is great, washer’s fine, etc. Of course the main thing is the location, and it’s wonderful. Lots of groceries, drinks, meals of all kinds at all price levels, buses and underground trains, all within a 5 or 10 minute walk. The best nearby dining options, if you're looking for quality, are Garnier on Earls Court Road, and La Peppardella on Old Brompton. Garnier is affordable if you get there in time for the pre-7:30 pm offering. La Pepparella is VERY popular, with friendly capable service and tasty offerings at reasonable prices. Best to book ahead, i think. If you want to eat well with less cost and/or less hassle, the M&S Food store on Earls Court Rd has some excellent prepared dishes that you can bring home and heat up in the kitchen. Or get Deliveroo.com to bring you dinner from La Peppardella! You'll feel like a true Londoner.

This was a three-generation trip to London, with my teenage granddaughter making her first visit to Europe. I'd never been in the Earl's Court area before, but could not have been more pleased with the wonderful array of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The tube was quite convenient, too. We did use the sofa bed and found it quie comfortable. The view from the living room is lush with green foliage. The kitchen had most items one would need, but we only ate breakfast in the flat. If I could, I would just enlarge the rooms a bit. The bedroom is quite small. The apartment sleeps more, but is perfect for a couple. Oh, the bath towels were really fluffy and wash cloths were also provided. I would certainly return with my husband to stay here. The decor is lovely and everything is in good shape. The property agent was waiting for us when we arrived.

"Nice apartment in a quiet but accessible part of Earl's Court"
I spent a week at this property, located at Eardley Crescent in the Earl's Court area, and would come back again. I'll give some minor negatives: the apartment and furniture are a little worn and could do with some sprucing up; also (and no way to help this), since the apartment shares a common entrance and hallway, you get the pleasure of smelling other occupants' smoke, food, etc. I've read other comments about noises from the street. I did hear some minor noise over the weekend while I was in bed, but was not really bothered by this. These were the only negatives. Now for the positives: The location is very nice. You're not located in a highly-traveled tourist district. This means you'll need to take the subway (convenient entrances a block away) to go to most tourist destinations. However, this also means that, after fighting crowds at, say, Piccadilly Circus, when you come back "home" to your Tube station, you'll get out and be in a relatively quiet area. There are a number of grocery stores within about two blocks' walk, a few pubs, American chain restaurants, specialty restaurants, and pharmacies. I felt safe walking at night, and had no worries. There is a Soho Gym approximately two and a half blocks away, which makes for a convenient workout facility. There is a VirginActive (a larger facility with an indoor pool) about a mile away; however, I didn't care for a two-mile round trip walk to the gym with my bag, through what appeared to be a slightly run-down public housing area. If you're looking for a gym, stick to the Soho. Because of the apartment's facilities, and its proximity to grocery stores, I fixed my own meals most times, and for a family this apartment would be a real plus in that regard. I was comfortable, able to wash my clothes in the washer, and cook my meals in the kitchen. The apartment felt like my home away from home, and for a brief week, I felt like a Londoner. Within a day's time I'd acclimated to my area, and knew where to shop, to eat, and where to get onto the subway and travel around London. I'd use this apartment again if staying in London. p.s. There are actually a few interesting things to see nearby. About a block away, on Old Brompton Road, is the Brompton Cemetery which has beautiful statuaries, gravesites, and historical markers.

"Great place to stay!"
Great place to stay in London and excellent value. The apartment is small and perfect for two people. While not luxurious and not in the most elegant part of the City, it was clean, attractive and well stocked with necessary kitchen accessories. The best features: (a) It is less than a five minute walk to the Earl's Court tube stop, which connects directly from Heathrow and to all the major sites in Central London and which has a lift (a big relief when you are hauling heavy luggage). (b) It is less than a five minute walk to a shopping/restaurant area, including a Marks and Spencer grocery store stocked with everything you need, including wine. (c) It is on a quiet tree-lined street away from the otherwise overwhelming downtown crowds. I would certainly stay there again considering the price and the location. Also, the property managers were very helpful and friendly.

“A cosy base for London adventures!”
We were in London for a few days of sightseeing and a show, and this flat did not disappoint us! We were welcomed warmly into the flat and given a tour - everything was explained and we felt very at ease. It is also filled with everything you would need for your stay (and more), even a shopping caddie! The WiFi works great, too. The flat is roomy and clean, with a nice living room that easily becomes a second bedroom. The bathroom is also quite big and the water pressure is good in the shower (you may be surprised by the Victorian separate hot/cold faucets on the sink, though). The kitchen is smaller, but unless you plan on making a very elaborate meal, it's not really a problem. It's also tastefully decorated and generally welcoming and cosy, with a pleasant view onto the quiet street or large trees in the back garden. The building is also generally quiet, although you might hear the upstairs neighbours move around at night. The location is ideal, less than five minutes from Earl's Court Road but away from its bustle; you will easily find restaurants and supermarkets in the area. There are also a large Tesco and Sainsbury about a 10 minute walk away. Earl's Court station is perfect to bring you to Kensington, Soho and to many other sights in London. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would love to return to this very well-kept flat!

We enjoyed all the everyday conveniences including television and computer outlet in a very comfortable, homelike apartment, in a very pleasant neighborhood a very short distance from shopping, dining and tube station. Stayed in the apartment for about five nights recently and had a wonderful time. Super close to the tube, supermarkets, shopping and pubs/cafes. Eardley Crescent was a good find in London. It is situated 2 blocks from Earl's Court tube station which is on the Piccadilly Line that comes from Heathrow. Very convenient & one reason I chose it. The flat is comfortable & decently furnished. The bed & pillows were very good. It was easy to find a place to eat as well as groceries within 4 blocks. This flat was an easy walk five minute walk to the Earl's Court Tube, which housed the lines for Heathrow airport and the King's Cross train station. We were able to travel completely by walking and underground. Spacious and comfortable for our family of four.
